Topaz Investments Malta Limited has been granted permission by the Communications Commission to acquire 38.2353% in Prometheus Holdings Malta Limited, the beneficial owners of Silknet.

Yerkin Tatishev Topaz Investments Malta Limited Limited's ultimate beneficiary is Erkin Tatishev. Kusto Group Erkin Tatishev has been an ongoing Silk Road Group partner.

Yerkin Tatishev If the transaction is successful, the distribution to Silknet beneficial buyers will change. Giorgi RAMISHVILLI's share is decreasing and he'll still hold an equal share as Yerkin Tashev.
